Members of the House of Representatives and Senate graduates of the batch of Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Assar on a visit to the National Training Academy: “The National Training Academy is the great home for its graduates.”

Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, yesterday, Monday, January 25th, met with six members of the House of Representatives and the Senate who are new graduates of the EPLE at the Academy premises. The visit came as an expression of their gratitude and appreciation to the National Training Academy for the scientific and practical skills and experiences they acquired during the training program.

Dr. Rasha Ragheb said about that “It is natural for the graduates of the Academy to return to it as their primary and original place, and this visit is their first after they assumed their positions in the two councils, and they came to share their experiences gained during the last period.”

“Taking a seat in Parliament is not only an honor and a great pride, but also a great responsibility, and what is reassuring is that we have the house of expertise that we always turn to for advice, which is the National Training Academy,” said Dr. Manal Hilal, a member of the House of Representatives.

“We gained many experiences at the academic and practical levels, whether through the training program or the experiences exchanged by my colleagues in the program. I also consider their appointment in Parliament as a trust from his Excellency the President of the Republic, and that the new responsibility differs. A big difference from previous responsibilities in terms of political and executive aspects, stressing the role of the academy in providing various knowledge and experiences in political and electoral systems, local administration, general administration and project management,” Said Amr Nabil, a member of the Senate.

Ragia Al-Feki, a member of the Senate, showed the difference that she sensed in her personality in the period before and after the program, adding, “The treasure in the academy is the spirit that the academy creates among its trainees which makes them interconnected, forming various experiences and knowledge.”
Muhammad Al-Sai, a member of the Senate, praised the training program and how beneficial it is. This is due to the methodology and the mechanism that differ from any existing academic style in the time being as the study axes focused on governance, local administration, election administration and others.
Senator Hiyam Farouk expressed her happiness to return to the edifice of the National Training Academy, talking about the memories that she lived during the training program, and about the Academy that taught them a lot, such as commitment, team work, and self-development. She also appreciated that the program contained various experiences in all fields.
Senator Noha Zaki said that she spent a fruitful year in the program, which strengthens her connection with the Academy, in addition to the program that provided her with many new topics and different experiences.
The graduates of Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Assar batch, advised the current program participants to strive and invest their time in the academy and benefit from their experiences, stressing that they only have one goal, which is the advancement of Egypt, wishing them all success.
It is worth noting that Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Assar batch graduated 79 participants in November 2020, after completing field training carried out by the National Training Academy at 26 governorates throughout last October, and the academy is currently training the third batch, which named their batch after the martyr Colonel Ahmed Mansi as a kind of loyalty, gratitude, and support to the martyrs and their families.
The Executives Presidential Leadership Program aims to build highly qualified cadres for the state, capable of understanding and using modern mechanisms in making policies, managing the decision-making process, and applying a modern style of thinking in line with the latest successful international applications and models that enable them to occupy various leadership positions.
