The National Program for Officials Managing Contractual Processes with Foreign Parties

Registration is Now Open!

In line with the presidential mandate to the National Training Academy, the National Program for Officials Managing Contractual Processes with Foreign Parties has been launched to qualify national cadres and enhance their skills in contract drafting, negotiation with foreign companies, and managing contractual processes in accordance with the latest international standards.

The program offers specialized training that combines theoretical and practical aspects, with direct interaction with local and international experts. It also includes hands-on workshops designed to develop participants’ skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and handling contractual challenges.

Following the success of the previous two cohorts, the National Training Academy is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the selection process of the third cohort.

Duration: One and a half months.

Training Program Pillars

Technical and Legal Pillar:

Focuses on the fundamentals of contract drafting and effective negotiation, with emphasis on contractual challenges and international arbitration mechanisms.

Personal and Linguistic Skills Pillar:

Aims to develop negotiation, persuasion, and effective communication skills, while also enhancing the ability to prepare professional presentations.

Comprehensive Overview from National Partner Entities:

Includes practical case studies from government institutions, providing an in-depth analysis of key contractual challenges faced by national organizations.

Workshops with International Partners:

Features specialized sessions with global experts, showcasing successful international contracting experiences and sharing best practices with Egypt.

Selection Criteria

  • Applicants must be Egyptian citizens residing within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Must hold a recognized university degree.
  • Must be currently employed in a position related to contractual processes within a ministry, government entity, or a state-affiliated company.
  • Must demonstrate full proficiency in the English language.
  • Must complete the registration form in its entirety.
  • Must successfully pass the program’s selection assessments and interviews.

  • Required Documents for Application:

  • A clear copy of the national ID card.
  • A recent official passport-sized photograph.
  • Certified copy of the university degree certificate.
  • Certified copy of the postgraduate degree certificate (if applicable).
  • English proficiency certificate.
  • An official employment status statement issued and authenticated by the employer.
  • An updated and comprehensive CV.
  • A fully completed and duly signed registration form.
