In line with the presidential mandate to the National Training Academy, the National Program for Officials Managing Contractual Processes with Foreign Parties has been launched to qualify national cadres and enhance their skills in contract drafting, negotiation with foreign companies, and managing contractual processes in accordance with the latest international standards.
The program offers specialized training that combines theoretical and practical aspects, with direct interaction with local and international experts. It also includes hands-on workshops designed to develop participants’ skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and handling contractual challenges.
Following the success of the previous two cohorts, the National Training Academy is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the selection process of the third cohort.
Duration: One and a half months.
Focuses on the fundamentals of contract drafting and effective negotiation, with emphasis on contractual challenges and international arbitration mechanisms.
