Transformation Journey
The aim of the program is to empower the country's efficient cadres to become capable of understanding and using modern methods in policy-making, management of decision-making and transforming the traditional thinking of public administration concepts into a more modern style, in line with the latest international applications and models. The program aligns with the overarching theme of the Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt Vision 2030 that focuses on three main themes; economy, environment and social dimension with special attention to specific segments of the society including youth, women and people with disabilities.
EPLP provides participants with the relevant knowledge, tools and skills to familiarize them with all aspects of public management.

Can I join EPLP?
- Applicant must be an Egyptian citizen and must provide a proof (National ID).
- Applicant must be a holder of a university degree and must provide a graduation certificate (Bachelor Degree).
- Applicant must be a governmental employee and must provide a job statement.
- Applicant must between 30 to 45 years old.
- Applicant must be an Amideast TOFEL holder with minimum score of 450 (PBT), or British Council IELTS holder with minimum score band 4.5; a Score card (certificate) must be provided.
- Applicant must be of good conduct, standing and reputation.
Selection process
Arabic
it's a written test to access mastering of the Arabic language
General knowledge test
it's a written test to access the level of general knowledge
Psychometric assessment
It's a Computer based test to assess the personal competencies
Interview
Personal interviews for candidates through subject matter expert's panel
