The idea of the program began with the announcement of the initiative by H.E. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Egypt for the Presidential Program for Youth Leadership in September 2015, with the aim of establishing a strong and rich base of youth competencies to qualify them for political, administrative and community work. This is achieved through the provided training on theories of management, scientific, practical planning that helps in increasing their abilities on applying the modern methods to address the problems surrounding the Egyptian state.

Can I join PLP?
- The applicant must have a university degree
- The age of the applicant should be from 20 to 30 years upon submission
- The applicant must be an Egyptian national
- The applicant must have good conduct and behaviour (never been accused in crimes against honor)
