Professional Civil Servant
The main objective of the program rotates around the transformation of mid-level employees inside the governmental sector in order to elevate the proficiency level of services provided to their clients (Egyptian citizens) to higher levels.
The importance of the program is for its direct impact on the service recipients (Egyptian citizens) represented in the clients for the governmental sector with which the employees interact directly as well as indirectly.
Territories of initiative: Cairo – Port Said – Alexandria, and it’s planned to cover more governorates.
