In a rapidly changing world, young people are the driving force behind positive change and sustainable development. With this in mind, National Training Academy launches "I am responsible too" sessions, targeting Egyptian university students, believing in their pivotal role in shaping a more aware and responsible future.

Why do you attend "I am responsible too"?

Responsibility is not just a concept—it is a way of life and a leadership approach. This program aims to:
  • Enhance youth awareness of responsibility across various fields.
  • Develop leadership skills and positive influence.
  • Prepare a generation capable of facing challenges and driving change.
  • Sessions Details:

    Duration:

    30 training hours (5 days).

    Target Audience:

    2,700 university students from different governorates (100 trainees per governorate).


    Selection Criteria:

  • Egyptian nationality and residency within Egypt.
  • Must be a university student.
  • Active participation in student, community, volunteer, or political activities.
  • Key Topics of "I am responsible too" sessions:

    Social and Volunteer Responsibility
  • Enhancing community awareness, developing volunteer skills, and empowering youth for active participation in community initiatives with a focus on leadership and social responsibility.
  • Environmental and Climate Responsibility
  • Understanding environmental and climate challenges, promoting sustainable practices, and exploring climate change solutions and innovative environmental initiatives.
  • Technological and Digital Responsibility
  • Preparing students for digital transformation, enhancing technological skills, with a focus on technology ethics, cybersecurity, and digital innovation.
  • Media and Communication Responsibility
  • Developing media communication skills, training on responsible journalism, producing meaningful content, and fostering critical thinking and mindful media consumption.
  • Economic and Financial Responsibility
  • Raising economic awareness, encouraging entrepreneurship and small businesses, and enabling youth to understand financial challenges and smart financial management.
  • Political and Civic Responsibility
  • Promoting active citizenship, community participation, and a deeper understanding of political and civic engagement.
  • Health and Psychological Responsibility
  • Raising awareness of physical and mental health, developing self-care skills, and providing psychological support to help youth navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

  • Encouraging scientific research and innovation, enhancing advanced research skills, and fostering a culture of creativity and knowledge across academic fields.
