A training initiative implemented within the framework of cooperation between the National Training Academy and a number of governorates. It aims to qualify administrative cadres for executive positions within the General Diwans of the governorates.
Objective of the Initiative
The initiative aims to develop participants’ knowledge and practical skills through an integrated training content that combines both theoretical and applied aspects, contributing to improving institutional performance and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens, in accordance with the latest practices in institutional excellence, digital transformation, and modern management.
Target Beneficiaries
The program targets administrative personnel working within the General Diwans of the governorates, particularly those nominated for executive positions, in addition to middle management levels including department directors and section heads. This contributes to preparing qualified cadres capable of supporting institutional efficiency and improving the quality of public services delivered to citizens.
