The National Training Academy started the field training of the third batch of the Executive Presidential Leadership Program, ‘Martyr Colonel Ahmed Mansi’ on Saturday, May 22nd, in 27 governorates. The training continues until July 15th, 2021, and comes within the framework of the Academy's keenness to provide fieldwork skills to EPLP participants. The training is implemented in cooperation between the Academy and the Ministry of Local Development.
All governors and their deputies began welcoming the trainees and introducing them to the governorates and the important files currently under discussion. Governors explained the training plan for each governorate to get the participants acquainted with the way the administrative system works by way of preparation, training, and qualification for executive work.
The governors emphasized the important role played by the Academy, especially with EPLP, which supports the state efforts towards raising the capabilities of the executive body and qualifying young people for leadership positions. The Egyptian state and President Abdel Fattah El Sisi are highly interested in pumping new and fresh blood towards the executive leadership that has the necessary administrative skills to keep pace with the needed development and improve the level of services provided to citizens.
The governors also confirmed that all resources will be available for trainees to practically apply what they studied at the National Training Academy, which is one of the most important training edifices in Egypt.
The Executive Presidential Leadership Program is one of the most important leadership programs in Egypt offered to second-line executives in the government sector. It qualifies them to acquire leadership positions in the future. Two batches have graduated from the program, and the third batch of 66 trainees is currently in training.
